Warm up before exercise and game playing

So you think you can dance? Are you confident how to work out or playing game? Did you get hurt on exercise and fiercing sports? You must remember to warm up before active your body.
Warm up is easy, and cost you only minutes before running, jumping, and/or bending, which makes you ready both physically and mentally.
Some typical warm up I always do includes:
  • Stand with your knees contacting, bending waist, bending knees, body rotating around knees, 8 times clockwise, 8 times anti-clockwise, repeat 4 times.
  • Bending one leg ahead, stretching another leg behind, lowering and forward body to the ahead bending leg, 8 times; then exchange legs, repeat 4 times.
  • Stand vertical, raising one foot let toe contacting ground. rotating leg though the toe clockwise 8 times, then anti-clockwise 8 time. Then another leg.
  • Stand vertical, raising leg jump as high as possible, alternating legs fast, like runing in same place.
